its obvious the warriors can beat this team.. they're just slumping
Statistically, the Warriors can not only beat this team but they're the better team...
They seemed rattled by the surprising emergence of Cleveland's defense, which is weird since they've actually faced and beat teams with a higher rated defense, in the playoffs - Memphis.
Cleveland managing to hold GS to the lowest assist rate they've had all year in the 1st quarter in game 1, appears to have been a foreshadow of how tough and defensive-minded the series would be.
This series is far from over though, honestly I still expect GS to win - assuming their offensive efficiency will regress toward the mean. -
Im tired

For all of Lebron, Jr, Shump and Della's efforts, Curry's play remains the difference in the final score -

Obviously, anyone who actually plays basketball or possesses a cursory knowledge of advanced analytics knows he's currently the best player on this planet, but this is something that he's previously tried to do and failed in his first stint with the Cavs.
Admittedly, the emergence of the Cav's team defensive effort has aided him as well.
Statistics don't lie...I'm a Detroit Piston fan still ? at what LeBron did to my squad in 2007 - back when we were NBA title contenders but even I have admit that I'm witnessing something never done at this level before in NBA history.
He's averaging 41 pts, 12 rebounds and 8.5 assists per game against statistically the best team he's ever played against.

Even the Cavs fans in the NBA thread aren't saying it's over (then again you wouldn't know though since you don't post in the NBA thread.)

You gotta look up the city of Cleveland sports history to understand why they are maniacs. The best team Cleveland ever had in anything competitive is Bone Thugs N Harmony. Think about that for a sec.
