Jury Sees Clip Of Sex Video Showing 50 Cent’s ? Alter Ego

Jurors got a look Tuesday at the 30-second video clip of a sex tape that may end up costing rapper 50 Cent millions.

The snippet of video was played in a Manhattan courtroom on a big screen. But the two main stars — 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, and plaintiff Lastonia Leviston — were nowhere to be seen. Fitty, who hasn’t shown up at the legal proceedings, made a brief cameo in the opening seconds of the video as alter ego “Pimpin’ Curly.”

Dressed in a long curly wig, 50 Cent briefly addressed the camera — mocking Leviston in a falsetto voice — while sitting at a vanity table.

Fitty doctored the video to insert his character in the opening moments of the sex tape, Leviston’s lawyers have said.
Leviston has sued 50 Cent for allegedly violating her civil rights and causing her emotional damage by releasing on his website an altered version of what was supposed to be a private sex tape. The video was shot by Leviston’s then-boyfriend Maurice Murray — and it depicted her in skimpy lace panties and a silky top saying, “This is my first movie, hopefully my only movie,” as the 30-second clip got more graphic.

Leviston’s lawyers say he released the video to taunt rival rapper Rick Ross, who had a baby with Leviston.

The beef between the two performers has been lucrative for Fitty, according to radio interviews played in court.



The jury of four women and two men still haven’t seen the full sex tape that was promoted on 50 Cent’s website and streamed to porn sites around the world.

Leviston left the courtroom before the snippet was played Tuesday. The rapper has said he thought Leviston was fine with the tape going public, but in a 2009 interview played for jurors, he seemed to indicate otherwise.

Asked what is the most “disrespectful” thing he has ever done, 50 Cent started talking about Ross and his “two baby mothers” — and how he had circulated a sex tape of one of them.
