doesn't matter @D0wn is right. Why the ? is a white person involved in writing a book about a black hiphop artist. White people would NEVER allow a black person to be involved about writing a book about a famous rock artist

He had his mother and son's blessing and ? prolly would've preferred her to do it over anybody else since they had a great relationship both personal and working... Maybe Larry Elder or Kevin Jackson should've done it because they're Black (technically)?

Doesn't matter if she had their blessings they are even stupid to give her the blessings. Like i said white people or any other group of people would NEVER allow this. Only black people are stupid enough to let some outsider do this or even get into a position to do this. The same people buying and supporting this will be the same people crying when a white artist wins hiphop awards

This is no different than that white female who wrote that big meech/bmf book. Blue said no one from bmf saw a penny from that book the author took all that money for herself. ? stay dumb and getting jacked off their own ? .

If you wanna talk money...the author isn't the one who gets the majority of the profit when a book gets published...it's the publisher. In tv/film it's the distributor.

So should we also only support stories about Blacks that have Black distributors/publishers?

Like for instance...The Autobiography of Malcolm X...sure it was written by alex haley and Malcolm X...published by Grove Publishing (definitely not Black owned) .... you looking short-sighted

The author gets pennies compared to the publisher. She said in the interview she's looking out for the family with the book..the family is obviously okay with it...

Did Michael Eric Dyson KNOW ? C? Like on a personal level? I would rather have a person that was actually around ? C write the story than find some random Black person just because...

"? having a family friend that can dig deep and show the true man in a way that he would've wanted. Let's find some random Black person to do it that didn't even know him. BLACK EXCELLENCE"
