Jayz has done more for the south than any south artist has. Can somebody explain why southern artist cannot put their mans on ? Are southern ? just selfish or something ?

Outside of master percy , birdman and gucci mane there arent alot of southern rappers who successfully put on other southern rappers. They just dont have that business savvy that east coast and west coast ? do. I call it the dusty dirt road effect. If it wasnt for the trunks of cars they might have accidentally ate their own tapes instead of selling them, not realizing what to do with the technology.
