It may be possible to create male birth control by altering how sperm develop, according to new research published this week in Science. Researchers blocked a protein that plays a role in sperm production — and that was enough to render male mice temporarily infertile. Since drugs that alter this protein are already on the market, development of male birth control could happen swiftly if the method works in people too.

Then why wouldn't you take it if you don't want more kids?

I was just saying.
I rarely take meds.
So I def wouldn't put something in my body that I don't need. -
NoThat ? going to have like 20 different side effects like vomiting, dizziness, high fever, lost of appetite, constipation, etc you going to be reading the label like damn.
-
Im astonished at all these guys saying no, but claim not to want kids yet don't want to use condoms either.
I wouldn't fool with it now but when I was single I wouldn't have been opposed to trying it either depending on what the side effects where.
I'd let other folks be the Guinea Pigs though initially; having a baby by the wrong woman is probably the worst thing a man can do short or killing himself, negligently killing someone else, or being ? . -
Self control >>>> Birth Control

NoI'm really surprised by y'all. Especially the single folks. Funny, men again have the chance to have the power and refused to take it...

You're right some of them sound just like women when you asked the did they take BC they'd say some silly ? about "oh I don't like the side effects or the way it makes me feel and it just doesn't agree with my body."
Funny that's how most of the guys in this thread sound like that now though.
If you're sexually active and not on BC and not using condoms claiming you don't want kids you are highly irresponsible. -
NoBatting 0.997 on pull-outs since 2004, shout-out Plan B tho
