its hard to be a rebuilding team when you have at least 3 players on your team making at least 12 million $ a yr. and had no draft picks in the last draft -

only person on that team now making 12 mil plus is jamison now that shaq and bron are likely gone. -

sad part is if you take LB23 salary away there stay pretty much at the cap... there ? ..smh -
I think he'll be a good coach, I mean he learned from one of the greatest of all time. But they're definitely gonna need to try and blowup that whole team during the year.

portland was looking at a mo williams for andre miller trade...it makes since for both teams.... roy wants the ball in his hands so he needs a spot up shooter. and the cavs will need a playmaker if LB23 leaves for the rest of there team.. they should both do this -
Damn I was about to be like who the ? is Brain Shaw?
-
Sucker job who is the projected number 1 pick because cleveland will be in the running for sure.
-
It will be interesting to see if he trys to implement the Triangle O like Rambis. Looks like B Scott is waiting for Phil to retire now
-
Shaw has playing experience and has played on championships teams along with experience as an assistant....he gotta hire some good assistants though to run the defense.
-
If this is true, then Lebron is definetly leaving Cleveland because there is no way you fire a 60 wing coach and bring in anyone that's not Phil and Pat.
