He asked who the better rapper is and thats kinda obvious that the answer is Biggie. -

-
Ice CubeIll take three solo classics in a row over what biggie gave us
-
Ice CubeCUBE
Dude brings it every time. Ain't no "lookin' so good I'd suck ya daddy's ? " ? from Cube. He comes correct. (and don't give a ? what BIG was referencing from comedy skits or whatever) Cube's pen game is DOPE. Underrated as ? ! -
Ice CubeCube beats Biggie in every aspect of the art. There is literally nothing that Biggie was better than Cuba at.
And for those who disagree, name the areas where Biggie is better. That's right...you can't. -

-How did Biggie have a better flow? Dude sounded like he was out of breath on every verse.
-Punchlines & Multis weren't really Cube's style. So sure, Biggie did those better by default. Lyrically speaking, Cube is lights years ahead. He was a far better story-teller, and the content/message of his music is something Biggie never approached. -
Ice Cube
I heard payback's a ? ?
That's why I'm sick of getting treated like a ? stepchild
? a punk cause I ain't him
You gotta deal with the nine-double-M
The day is coming that you'll all hate
Just think if ? decide to retaliate
They try to keep me from running up
I never tell you to get down—it's all about coming up
So what they do? Go and ban the AK
My ? wasn't registered any ? way
So you better duck away, run and hide out
When I'm rolling real slow and the lights out
Cause I'm about to ? up the program
Shooting out the window of a drop-top Brougham
When I'm shooting, let's see who drop
The police, the media, and suckers that went pop
And ? that say they too black
Put 'em overseas they be begging to come back
They say keep 'em on gangs and drugs
You wanna sweep a ? like me up under the rug
Kicking ? called street knowledge
Why more ? in the pen than in college?
Now cause of that line I might be your cellmate
That's from the ? ya love to hate -
Notorious BIGBiggie was a great storyteller, and it wasnt even 'his style'. You're clearly bias against BIG
-
Ice CubeCube could tell a muthafuckin story dude made you feel that you were in Compton
-
Notorious BIGBASED ON PURELY RAPPING..ITS BIGGIE OR GTFOH.
-
Notorious BIG? is saying Cube MR.A B C flow himself had a better flow than BIG?

Biggie could do the same for Brooklyn. -
Notorious BIGBIG WOULD ? UP CUBE'S DAY ON THE MIC
-
Notorious BIGCube's lyrical content was better, but Biggie had a superior flow. I think they're equal when it comes to story telling. I choose Biggie because I don't think Cube's best album is better than Big's best.

Warning and Suicidal Thoughts paint very vivid pictures -

Rapping -
Notorious BIGIf you really think about it, Biggie in his prime was referred to as the "King Of NY". I don't think many has referred to Ice Cube as the "King Of Cali" in his prime even though he is a top rapper from the West Coast.
-
Ice CubeBiggie is average. He brought nothing to game that was game changing.
He is that ? that went into his turtle shell when Pac came at his neck.
And that's the ? y'all wanna stand behind.
It took other NY Artist to put on for the city against the West. -

Better Flow
Better Wordplay
Just As Lyrical
Just As Or Better Storyteller
Better Album Of The Two
-
Notorious BIGTo say that Biggie was average and didn't do anything game changing is ignorant.
Ready to Die is a game changing album and a landmark in hip-hop history I would say top 3 or top 5 hip-hop of all time. One of the greatest hip-hop albums ever by far.
Life After Death was a game changing classic album too, best double disc album ever.
Biggie was a Great MC and he changed the game in a lot ways. -

He brought New York back
Cube got knocked out and got his chain not snatched but calmly taken off his unconscious neck
Cube stole Cypress hills song and lied about it
Didn't he have ghostwriters?
