The only reason people gassed the song up is because of the song title. ? didn't even call the Dogg pound out in the song nor did they say anything relating to the east-west beef. crazy thing about it is the fact that New york, New york wasn't even a east coast diss record. It was made to pay homage to New york and showcase Kurupt's skills, the only reason Snoop and nem crushed the buildings was because the video shoot got shot up.
