Do certain foods give u maaaaad gas?

Milk:
If i could help it, I literally wont leave the house after eating a bowl of cereal or anything to do with alot of milk cause i might subject the public to some crazy ? vapors. I only try to eat that stuff at night when i know im staying in.
Pea Soup:
Im Jamaican so every Saturday its a custom to have pea soup.
But its like rolling the dice, sometimes im fine, others times Im steadying blowing those marathon farts, u know farts that feel like there 30 secs long. It literally feels like your exhaling in slow motion thru your ass, or your ass is some type of hot air vent.
What foods do u like, but dont sit too well with your stomach?

This orange juice gas pains are the worst. Drove 3 hours with a pain in my stomach from drinking OJ and finally had a chance to let one go. Felt like I ripped something back there. Maybe it was a brand I never had before -

Milk... I used to could drink it then one day my body turned it off... a small bowl of cereal have a ? with bubble guts...

The milk with the red cap on it does something evil to my stomach.

I drink Lactaid whole milk with extra calcium & vitamin D. I use it with multi grain cheerios with sliced up bananas and peanut butter. Milk has tryptophan which makes you sleepy so I do this every night. By the time I wake up in the morning i'm blowing up the bathroom then proceed to get ready for the day.

Dairy products that don't have the active bacteria culture, foods with nitrates and other preservatives, chips.... mostly all the garbage food.

Mixing to many dairy products, eating something I ain't eat in a while gives me sour stomach includes ( burps that's smell like bad farts, bad farts, diarrhea)

Spinach
Anything in the breads/grains
Milk

Like regular beans don't really mess with me but I've been banned from eating refried beans in my house.
