The beat selections, switch-ups, DJ effects, name dropping, flow, punch lines, length...no one ever did anything like this at the time. Yet still holds up solidly today. One of my favorite Game career highlights and one of the most important disses ever.
You agree?

One of the greatest diss tracks ever
-
another forgettable diss track out of too many of that era...the floodgates for dissing ? were open at that point n the ? was played out
not sure if i sat through that entire song one time, let alone more than once -
240 > 300
Seriously, spider loc career ended as soon as you hear:
"Spider Loc is a joke" -
Game was ill on the mic. Dunno what happened. Around 2006 he dropped so many mixtapes and arguably his best album.
Dude could flow back in the day -
Good diss.
Probably my favorite song by him. -
First time I looked at the unit as wounded...I was a heavy g-unit fan back in the day..I remember this diss being the first time I thought damn..they taking a serious L right now..rap wise at least..Game ripped through the whole squad w zero ? given
-
Lyrically it's cool and the unit can't ? with him on the battling tip
But not only is this song way too long he dropped soooo many diss tracks on them it seemed like he was obsessed with them...like a scorned ex girlfriend would be
Sometimes less is more -
One of the biggest wastes of hype in history
-
my favorite parts
"? lloyd banks it aint about who can rap/its about when the ruger clap his roof is back"
"1-800-split a ? ? wig"
"Blood's gonna get you for that shadyville chain/that 380 spills brains"
"reverse the 05 hearse in 41st in traffic what" -
"Ima G-Unit toy soldier on Sesame Street doing voice overs"
Bars -
Me Gusta Mucho. El Game es cabron
-
Still listen to 300 bars til this day. We ain't friends I'm just acting like Charles Bronson
-
Thought it was dope, havent heard it in so long tho.
The ghost unit tape was dope too, think it dropped around the same time -

Cube been did it on "jackin 4 beats" , but 300 bars is a classic imo. Good ole mixtape days, every mixtape started with atleast 3 diss tracks in those days lol -
I feel like this diss was instrumental in contributing to the slow G-Unit crumble...like i couldn't take no G-Unit stuff seriously after this. And i gained new respect for Game because he stood up for himself and what he believed in relentlessly.

this ? went i still like it
-
One of the greatest diss tracks ever
great diss tracks leaves impacts and changes the trajectory of someones career/legacy
mc shans legacy BECAME "south Bronx " after that record
ether took nas from a has been to back being an elite emcee
i can keep going, but u get the idea
how you personally feel about the song is one thing, but what effect did this song have on games or gunits career /image/ status etc?
NONE...in the respect im speaking of at least, it was jus background noise
this joint aint matchin up to the heavyweights
-
He roasted the unit. 240 bars was fire too. Especially that dude talking about Spider Loc at the end. He must have said "you dumb son of a ? " like 20 times. lol

I have to disagree. This might not be a top 5 diss track, but I'd say its top 10. -
I memorized this whole got damn song when it dropped.
I was a ? G-Unit fan when game was with them but whenever all that ? went down I was like ? them ? . Then he dropped this joint right here and it was over. ? then proceeded to drop a whole mixtape of disses on them (Which was really over ? ) but i loved that ? .
Like Busta said he was snapping back in 06, i dont know what happened. His latest album has some dope cuts on it though -
What about 400 bars?

you could start rapping, i could go to mcdonalds, get my food, drive back home, watch an episode of Martin, hop on the IC send out a few posts, then walk back into the room you in, and you'd just be finishing up the song.
that;s dope.
