Ciara went to court today (May 17) to ask for full custody of her young son with Future, but came out on the losing end of the battle.
Future was in attendance for the proceedings, TMZ reports, and asked for joint custody of the child, Future Zahir Wilburn, who turns two years old Thursday (May 19). The judge ruled in the Atlanta rapper's favor and rejected Ciara's arguments that he is a bad father and is not present in her son's life.
The singer is now engaged to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who has been seen with Ciara and Future Jr. at football practice and at Dodgers Stadium.
Future and Ciara have an ongoing $15 million lawsuit between them. She first filed the case, seeking damages for slander, libel and defamation. He countersued, saying that her claims are empty and are made out of desperation for attention and to spark her flailing music career.

who gets to actually see his father now, and not just have lies told to him from one side -
This ? scorned as ? lol
Her argument was "he's not in his son's life enough" , so she takes him to court to legally keep him from his son, bird ass logic.

I do find it funny that the Super Dads of America will find this to be some great victory when in reality he's back to square one with his child.
I wouldn't wouldn't look to Future to champion the cause of single fathers and such but that's just me. -
Good. I like to see parents share custody.

? , you need to be watchin Ciara. One minute you outside playing football at your cousin's house, next thing you know you come back in and your shoes are gone along with your cousin's best friend. Then you stuck wearing Reebok Classics to school because your mom paid $120 for those Jordans, and she ain't buying another pair. -
