Sure we weren't there but at the same time, by now after Puffy and C-Murder, there's no excuse for why they don't have a goon or bodyguard on standby to shoot for them or just downright avoid the BS. I ain't saying he's not shooting back at somebody...clearly he is. I'm saying he did a ? poor job of assessing the situation around him and him taking the time to walk through the door taking a moment to pause and look around then shoot shows he knew what he was doing...meaning he had time to also think to himself "maybe I shouldn't shoot off in a crowded venue where everybody can see me with a gun"...
Bruh... my point is that if he ain't have a gun on him / bust back, he might be dead along with his bodyguard.
We see him shootin but we don't see what happened before that. Somebody could've came in, shot his bodyguard, then shot him, then he could've came into that room and shot back at them.

Shooting in New York on camera is a super no no. Don't matter if Bin Laden shot at him first, the duty to retreat applies everywhere that the castle doctrine does not. Which is outside your home, and in some cases your car applies, but it don't matter. Once you engage and there's not a clear threat, it's curtains, and a jury not going to believe homie was shooting back out of fear because, well, look at him. Intent means a lot.
He's a rapper, NY hates rappers, add to the fact he did it in ? Manhattan of all places, and it made national news. He has the potential to really get barbecued. His best bet right now is to get a lawyer to do everything he can to delay, delay delay until the dust settles, and they done with them GS9 ? because they judges is settin the precedent with them right now. Most of em don't rap, but that's not how they see it.
Everybody in here talkin this I woulda done this, or I woulda done that ? never had they blood rushin like that. I ain't sayin he was right, but I am saying makin the right decision in that fog ain't as easy as choosin food off the dollar menu.
