Cam touches on everything in this video, from first meeting Notorious BIG through Mase and acting reckless, Russell Westbrook's fashion sense, Kanye giving H To The Izzo to Jay Z after purchasing the beat, what Big L was like on the block and more! But the true gem is Cam'ron finally clearing the air on the Def Jam situation with Jay Z from back in the day which left us speechless!

Didn't watch the interview yet but I thought this was known? -
he said a lot of stuff that was known already but he threw in some new little details as well. He said the H to the Izzo beat was given to him first then 2 weeks later he hears Jay on it on the radio.
He's got some limited edition sneakers coming out and patented the pink camoflouge color n hes gonna try to sell it in Lowe's. Gots some new music coming out, new strand of weed coming out that's purple/pink. Lot of stuff happening for him come November.
The thread title should change actually cuz I saw it n thought "ah more of this ? " but its a lot more than def jam/jay ? -

Jay Z mug shotThe story goes that Jay Z stabbed record exec Lance ‘Un’ Rivera in 1999 because Hov believed Rivera was behind the bootlegging of Vol. 3… Life and Times of S. Carter.
However, in a new interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Cam’ron disputes this. In fact, Cam confirms the rumor that the beef was all about a lady, rapper Charli Baltimore.
“This was all over Charli Baltimore … Jay liked Charli at one time, and that was [The late Notorious B.I.G’s] girl.” Cam said, adding that Hov moving in on Charli had Big’s still-loyal friend Rivera feeling a certain type of way.
“They can say a song leaked or whatever, but it was over Charli Baltimore,” Cam continued. “‘Yo Charli man, that was you.'”

1. it's funny how if one or two things went wrong in that stabbing, jay coulda been in a similar situation to troy ave, right now, and everything he accomplished over the last 15 years doesnt happen, instead he locked up and someone else would be in his spot
2. it's weird how jay keeps ? after the women of other great nyc rappers, some freaky ? going on there. -
This guy actually said alpo "was one of your idols"...smh...Cam had to correct him on that.... As a radiohost you gotta be more conscious of what you say on air,too busy clowning around you find yourself slipping. At the very least he should of asked him before assuming.

Just because you play a role really well doesn't mean you idolize the person your playing....Denzel Washington said Frank Lucas broke down and cried after he told him to his face that he doesn't look up to him and that he thought what he did was horrible...
This the same Cam that went on 60min to discuss not snitching,why would he look up to one....
