What restaurants usually sell as “boneless chicken wings” are not wings, but other chicken parts. All the meat is thrown in together in large containers. The meat is then ground up and put in to molds, and artificial skin is put on the “chicken wings”. They also very often dye it to make it whiter than it actually is.
I don't eat wings but was curious if they actually deboned that ? . -

Its just like Chilean Sea Bass at high end restaurants. Chilean Sea Bass is not a real fish its actually the Patagonian Toothfish. -
