How many people outside of your race do you associate with on a regular basis in your personal life?

I thought about this in the skin bleaching topic where that fool is in there accusing every black man on the site of hating black women and only being interested in non-black women.
To be perfectly honest, there are no nonblack people in my personal life outside of white family members and I only see them like once or twice every five or so years. Pretty much the only white people I associate with are the ones I see at work. This isn't on purpose. It's not like I have anything against nonblacks. It just kinda worked that way. At this point, I don't even think I'd know how to build a friendship with a nonblack person. Hell, I don't even want anymore black friends at this point. I have enough. I'm good.

Not surprising, based on the things you say. The FOXNews types would love you. -

I work with enough others. When I am outside of work I associate with Black folks almost exclusively and it's on purpose.

Well, I ain't mad at that. lol -
A good amount. I feel like interacting with people who don't look or think like you do is the key to understanding others.

I'd agree. I also think getting different perspectives would help you out in the long run. -
not a whole lot. i don't really do much with my wife's white side of the family neither does she.....they just aren't as close to them as the black/jamacian side
i used to do sales with a bunch of white guys about 10 years ago.....we stay in touch,...eevry now n then we all hook up to watch a ravens game, a fight or play poker....saw them twice in may, and prolly won't again till football season....
the white guys that work at the pub all seem pretty cool, i've never did anything with them outside of work, but they're all cool though, and they hang out a whole lot...i keep telling them imma run with them one day, but i almost never do.....it's more on me than them, cuz i get all the invites, i just barely show...
overall i'm good with white folk, i just don't hang with them super tough.....
my wife's brothers have a bunch of white friends, one of her brothers just got his white girlfriend pregnant....she cool as ? , but i'm not around them a whole bunch either -
I live in a predominately Mexican neighborhood with one white family across the street, a couple of Black families down the way, and a couple of Filipinos a few houses over. For the most part we do our grocery shopping at one of the nearby Mexican grocery stores unless we need something Walmart has. Now that I really think about it, the majority of my interactions on a daily basis is with non-Black folks.

Several. I live in a pretty diverse neighborhood.

Ditto, neighborhood is mad diverse. White, black, asians, etc. But all the black people are OLDER black people because I live in a pretty upscale neighborhood. The neighbor across the street asked my girl if she lived here with her parents when we first moved in. SMH.
Also, I've never really been the type of ? to really interact with my neighbors too tough. I'll wave and ? or whatever but besides that, I stay over here and they stay over there. -
Not like it means you're missing out, but im convinced most of the IC doesn't , too many signs.

I used to live in a diverse neighborhood when I was in VA. Now that I'm in MD, my neighborhood is like 98% black. The funny thing is a white couple just moved in next door. I don't know what they were thinking. Our neighborhood is cool, so it's not like they'll have any problems, but they look so miserable every time I see them. They get out of their cars, put their heads down, and rush for their front door. I wonder if they did any research before they bought the house. If they aren't comfortable around black people, I don't see why they would have moved there. -
