5th Letter- Where are you from?
Busta Carmichael- From L.A. but I've lived all over the world from S.A., Asia to Europe. Left home to do some random traveling 5 years ago and haven't looked back once. Currently in Europe.
5th Letter- Were you in the military?
Busta Carmichael- No I was not in the military. My mom's side is African and they're spread out all over the world. They basically told me "if you need anywhere to stay then just go". Was bored with my life and what I was doing, was studying businesses management, but that wasn't for me.
5th Letter- If you don't mind answering what do you do for a living?
Busta Carmichael- I'm mentally Job so I don't do anything as far as ?
5th Letter- What does mentally job mean?
Busta Carmichael- Nah jp, I've worked as a personal trainer, chef and bartender. All of which allows me to travel as long as I get a work visa.
5th Letter- You got your degree/certification in business?
Busta Carmichael- Nah I didn't get my degree, I dropped out.
5th Letter- Why wasn't it for you?
Busta Carmichael- The reason why it wasn't for me is because I made a hasty decision to go in to that field. IT has always been my field at heart, but I'm also business minded and would love to start up a company someday. But you don't need business classes to start a damn business. So I saw it as a waste of time, got bored with it and wanted to travel the world while I was still young.
I also draw tho, here's a portrait of me and my pops
Some say we got the same smile
5th Letter- With those drawing skills you should be making money.
Busta Carmichael- Props fam, I had a talk with genocide and he told me that there is a new establishment in Gambia that accepts our drawings, FNP( ? Neegha Paintings)
5th Letter- How did you get into hip hop?
Busta Carmichael- I got into hip hop thru my older sisters who are about 10 years older than me. So they was basically bumping it since I was born.
5th Letter- What were your first memories of hip hop?
Busta Carmichael- My first memory of hip hop was prolly being 4-5 years old, sitting in my uncle's car, rolling down mid-city and "Today was a good day" playing on the radio. Been hooked since
5th Letter- Do you dislike Biggie? You're always making Biggie troll threads.
Busta Carmichael- Nah Biggie is my actually my favorite rapper next to Hov. You wouldn't believe that the way I make fun of them. I don't find it funny to troll on obvious wack rappers like Soulja boy etc. I prolly know more about the dudes im trolling on than the people that get offended in the thread. The key to a good troll thread is to choose a topic in which you are well invested in and know all about, and then just act ignorant about it. That way you can have good comebacks when someone attacks you. I made a Biggie thread that he was a regular at male strip clubs and about 80% of y'all knew I was joking. But what gets the thread going is the 20% of clueless posters that aren't in on the joke. It's mostly these old ass ? . Like how tf wouldn't I know it was a reference track??? I'm a Biggie fan
Why do I troll on Legends you wonder? Because it's unexpected, ruffles feathers and 8/10 it brings comedy gold.
5th Letter- You've been on some troll ? sometimes what was your reaction to Premo getting at you?
Busta Carmichael- Lmaooooo By far the most unexpected thing to happen to me on this site. I did that thread specifically to troll on Biggie. Preem just got caught in the crossfire. However I left the thread after 2-3 pages cuz it wasn't going nowhere and it was a stupid thread to begin with. Then out of nowhere I just noticed that I was banned. Entered the thread and saw had caught feelings because Allhiphop put it on Twitter and @'d him. I was crying laughing cuz the ? was surreal. Dude thought I was young an editor for Allhiphop. He was like "Busta Carmichael Don't you ever disrespect me" "check your punk" and what not. Don't know why stew banned me tho. It wasn't my fault, ? troll everyday b. My bad if I caused any friction between premo and Allhiphop. Cuz I ? with some of y'all mods heavy!
5th Letter- Who are your favorite and least favorite rappers and why?
Busta Carmichael-My favorite rappers of all time gotta be Bone thugs as a whole, Hov and Big.
Bone: because they are pioneers of their style and I don't feel like they get enough credit. You gotta understand that they came out the same time as Nas, and while Nas gets credit for coming up with a new style it wasn't VERY complex. He borrowed some from Rakim and BDK.
Bone was flowing fast af and harmonizing. I really don't know who influenced them. Because that ? was never heard of before.
Jay: someone once said that, if you think Jay is wack then you don't have a complete grasp of the English language. Which I find kinda true. I always find something new in his lyrics when I go back and listen to them. Dude dumbs down his lyrics and yet still is lyrical.
He's a smart dude and makes music for like-minded people. If you noticed it's only the retards that hate on him. And nah I ain't naming names
Big: Biggie's flow is impeccable. I've seen Pac clones(tha realest etc) Nas clones(your old droog) but I've never seen a Biggie clone( not guerilla black) I'm talking about someone that can actually flow like biggie. Till this day I haven't even seen an impression of Biggie. Dude has the smoothest and best flow and I stand by that. Even preem said that he was the only one that could ride the beat on point, of all the people he's worked with.
My least favorite rappers are about 80% of these new dudes. Basically everybody that's been on the freshman list since 2012
I don't know who these dudes are, and the majority feels like industry plants.
5th Letter- What are your favorite albums?
Busta Carmichael- Favorite albums of all time gotta be East 99, Reasonable doubt, 7th day theory, the black album. New artist don't really impress me like that. I don't think hip hop is dead. But the music I loved and grew up with is dead and gone.
5th Letter- Why do you feel the music you grew up with is dead and gone?
Busta Carmichael- Because I feel like music is a reflection of society. And right now society is ? and sensitive af. That's why we have these ? wearing dresses and doing ? dances. Biggie and them had lines that I actually had to rewind and be like damn. I ? with Future for the hype ? but that's about it. Lil Wayne is also a dope rapper from this generation. As a person that used to write music myself and thought I was clever. Weezy is CLEVER! I acknowledge Kendrick 's abilities but I'm not that impressed.
Busta Carmichael- From L.A. but I've lived all over the world from S.A., Asia to Europe. Left home to do some random traveling 5 years ago and haven't looked back once. Currently in Europe.

Funniest poster on the IC
-
5th Letter- How did you discover the IC?
Busta Carmichael- I discovered the IC in 2005 just by reading the illseed rumors. illseed was the ? , even tho it was labeled as "rumors" they still were true for the most part. Not like some mediatakeout ? .
5th Letter- How long have you been on the IC?
Busta Carmichael- I joined the IC in 2006 after illseed used to link threads in the rumors.
5th Letter- What were your early memories of the IC?
Busta Carmichael- I was young knucklehead that used to talk ? to everybody and start random beef. I backfired and humbled me lmao. But that's why you shouldnt let kids post on forums. We did have funny moments like the Revolution vs Lufa kangs. But I don't know if you remember Donkey from 2005-2007. ? was 4chan racist back then. You had a forum of 80% white boys doing racist jokes all day. I was fed up with it, and that's why the Revolution was started. It was not some e-gang ? that they made it out to be lmao. But I've seen it all. When I say that I've had Kat's nudes since I was a teen, I ain't lying. S/o to goat posters of that time (2006) like earthtwosuperman, gambino, waterproof, plsoldier, yay etc
5th Letter- How did it backfire?
Busta Carmichael- Well it backfired with me getting phished and just completely disrespected by almost everyone. Not on a Shenco level, because I actually held my own even tho I was losing. I'm cool with ? like E2S and cham today, but back then it was shots fired all day. ? hilarious just looking back at it.
5th Letter- Who got you?
Busta Carmichael- Now 5th letter I ain't no Snitch. And I don't remember exactly who it was. Could've been Earl. Could've been someone else. It was my fault being careless tho. Phishing used to be on a all time high. Which is why people don't click lanks no more.
5th Letter- Phishing in 2006 was a relatively new thing so I can understand why you'd get caught.
Busta Carmichael- They even caught my ? waterproof and editing his posts to all types of "Shalom" and Jew jokes. Can't front that ? was hilarious. If you had your personal email as your IC mail, you were basically ? if you got phished. Luckily I didnt. They'd get ahold of your email and all types of social media connections and ? with your friends and family just to put you on that summerjam screen. I think that's how Cali and countless others got exposed.
5th Letter- What were some of your famous/favorite IC beefs/feuds?
Busta Carmichael- Ah man, the most famous one is by far the Revolution vs Lufa kangs Kongs. As I stated before. Revolution was not a crew to rival Lufa. Waterproof started that just because all of the racist white boys. But as it goes, if there's only two crews, they're going to clash one way or another. That beef spawned chams Lufa stay winning song, countless Photoshop, phishings It came to a point were I was the only one responding, thus beefing with atleast 10+ Lufas. We had rap battle too. Yea I know corny ? But what they don't know until today is that I was actually 15 during that battle. Battling and beefing with grown ass men. I don't even think I mentioned my age during those times, so people just assumed I was grown.
Once they dropped "people that have won more than the Revolution thread"
I admitted defeat. ? was going on for atleast 2 years I think.? said that Eazy-E and Magic Johnson's wine taster won more than the Revolution smh Nowadays I stay neutral cuz I'm grown. If I ain't trolling around in the reason or making jokes in the ether thread, I'm rarely on here. Also on the old IC I got a PM from a lurker(don't remember his name) but dude was severely depressed and said that my jokes and threads brightens his day nh and keeps him going.
Had me like
I'm just out here having fun and I'm unintentionally healing suicidal people through jokes. And as long as people like my threads imma keep entertaining y'all. Most of us post from work or school and everybody isn't happy with their lives. But if I can bring joy to someone's day with comedy I'm more than happy to do that. -
5th Letter- what were some of the craziest things you've seen since you've been on the IC?
Busta Carmichael- The craziest thing as of late has to be the Shenco/Bruse Wane roasts. Both happened within months of each other. I don't even think the Shenco thread had gone to FOF yet before Bruse came in with some ? ? . So he was was just caught in a crossfire as a result of standardized slaughter. He went as far as complaining to grouchy Greg and called us the illuminati. Sad. Another one was the 5 Grand ? thread. S/O to HerbalVaporsCarnivoire. Now ? isn't funny no matter which gender is the victim. But fam...the way dude described it was beyond physically impossible. He was ? by superspeed ninja pimps who would inject speed in your eyes and continuously knock you out for some reason, ? you, then lay back down. Never have I heard of an more absurd story. Dude is real life Abe Simpsons. I sent that thread to friends and family and everybody had tears reading it. That ? 5 grand is a legend amongst us. But before Shenco, there was Jamal. I'm sure you remember him. This was when I first joined, and I've NEVER seen someone get roasted so bad. A poster namned gambino made a thread called "Jamal is now your official toilet" and the roasts and gifs that came after were classic. He is the reason why people say "Lost" on this site. "Nas lost" etc. Jamal lost will always be the biggest L in IC history. And S/O to E2S. Dude been hilarious for a decade and still going. Prolly the funniest dude I've seen on the internet that was consistent. Period!
There has been some other crazy things like the Cali exposure, roasting of Cousin of sleep's dead pops(smh yea I know, it was on some arsonal da rebel ? ) Dude that was shoplifting, And I've burned too many braincells to remember the rest. Last craziest thing was the 4chan hack. I knew it would happen because I was there, lurking SOHH(now coli) And some idiot made a thread called "stands out in the middle of the street and calls out 4chan" They had just heard about 4chan, and wanted to test their gangsta or some ? . Everybody was begging for the thread to get deleted but they didn't listen. Bout an hour later 4chan raids their site, shuts it down, and the owner of SOHH who was a woman, apparently had an affair with another guy. They found her emails and put them on the front page of SOHH along with some ? ? . Then them ? came over to us on the IC and did the same thing "calls out 4chan" so that that's why 4chan came here and tore the site down. My name was Bones back then, and I didn't return until like 4 years later as Busta. Bout 70% of the goat posters are gone since the hack. Donkey really used to be live, I think some posters were real life comedians lmao. I think it's dope and interesting that all of this has happened through only text. No vocals involved. The fact that you can distinguish different posters from just text, and it can make you laugh, get ? off or inspired without having to use your voice at all, that's powerful posting to me.
5th Letter- What are some things you'd like to see changed on the IC?
Busta Carmichael- I would like for a rep system like Boxden and Coli has. That way you can see who's a good posters or just a bad troll. There's one girl in the GnS that keeps coming back after being banned every week, that just hates black men. No matter what you say or do she'll just attack you. She could easily be avoided if we had a rep system. Also I would like more topics on the same subject. Not an influx of topics, two at the most. Let's say there is a thread about Drake getting knocked out by trick trick, then there's another thread of Drake getting shot. Usually those would be two different topics on the other sites. But here they get merged and you'll have to sit though 400 pages and people debating until you get to the topic.
5th Letter- Who are some of your favorite and least favorite posters?
Busta Carmichael- Ah man too many to mention. I'll prolly forget some.
But off the top of my head my favorite posters are: Sanford, Sion, Bride,Dubbz,Nah Son, Stiff, E2S, GodNThaBuild'n, Copper, Poncho, Alpha_Ambiton, AP21, Goldie, Beta, CashmoneyDux, Iron man1 basically everybody in the ether thread, Du Englishdude, fishnchips,Cham,AggyAf, HerbalVaporsCarnivoire and LcsndbyRoyalty. Joker.
Shawn Carter alias and that dude that Stan's jigga and does the crying laughing smiley after every sentence is one of the funniest aliases I've ever seen. Dude said that Jada and Fab collabo album was going to be trash and that they should keep it a stack and name it "flabby and washed" A thing about posters like Sanford, Nah Son, Stiff and Copper tho is that they can just walk in to a thread, drop a one liner joke and just shut it down. Someone posters just make you laugh as soon as you see the name/avi because you already know it's gonna be some funny ? . Sion is the greatest mod of all time. Wish fam nothing but the best in his endeavors. From helping us out with technical problems, to business advice, to being a trill ? and all around professional while doing it.
I don't have alot of posters I don't like. But Aquafina irritates me. And that A talented one poster isn't on my fav list either. Both of them for cooning and lying. And I hate stupidity so the last person I won't even say the name. He'll prolly come in and call me a faceless munkeeee. He's entertaining tho I won't lie. But son needs some serious help. And he comes in here trying to flex imma throw his fat ass thru time and space.
5th Letter- Funny you mentioned Copper y'all posting styles are similar.
Busta Carmichael- Copper is a funny dope poster.
5th Letter- What is a Legion of Trill and how did it get started?
Busta Carmichael- Good question! Legion of trill was started by the funniest posters in Donkey at that time, which was around 2007-2008. It was me, Sanford, Carl weathers, Grundy and prodigal son. Some of y'all remember Grundy da gif gawd but I don't think alot of people remember Carl Weathers. Dude was easily the best thread creator of all time. He was also ridiculously funny. I think he was the one that created the legion of trill.
We were responsible for the IC rap battles, the old school IC gifs, Mr. Decimal, coining IC lingo which i can't remember right now on the spot, classic beefs and classic threads Sanford is still here keeping it trill. And by far one of the funniest dudes on here as has always been. Nowadays it's me,sanford, bride, dubbz and Sion. We just post funny trill ? . The people seem to love it.
5th Letter-How do you join the Legion?
Busta Carmichael- Never thought of any requirements. Just dope, funny posters I guess. We also accept PayPal so I can invest in a new wheelchair for the homie Joe Sun.
