Born and raised in Dallas and my fam is from East Texas. That ? is a regular at family gatherings on my dad's side and he's the one who brings it. I'm not big on them but most the family devours them. They're reserved for Easter and Thanksgiving only so no true negative health effects but I'm sure eating them on the regular would take you out.
