The victim in today’s photos was a police officer. His shift just ended so he was on his way back home but never made it. Only 3 blocks from the police station where he worked, his automobile was stormed by Narco Sicarios who quickly decapitated and dismembered him, leaving his body parts on the hood of his car with a message (narcomensaje) which read “Fresh Pig Meat On Sale Today“. Funny that sicarios picked up on the Mexican meat market joke.
It is presumed that the sicarios watched the police station until they saw this cop leave and followed him from the parking lot to strike as soon as he was far enough to not give the fellow cops time to come to his aid.

PRAXEDIS, CHIHUAHUA — Mass resignations by police officers Monday have left the towns of Praxedis Guerrero and Guadalupe without police officers. The resignations come in the wake of the beheading of Manuel Castro Martinez.
The towns are located to the east of Juarez right across the border from Texas in an area between Fabens and Fort Hancock.
The head of the 62-year-old Praxedis police chief was found inside an ice chest left at the doorstep of City Hall late Saturday afternoon. Chihuahua State Police officials said the chief and five members of his police force were kidnapped by armed gunmen earlier that day.
Martinez had been on the job for only three days, according to El Diario de Juarez.

Meaning, those police officers weren't killed over police brutality........they were killed because they didn't choose money.
If we did something like that over here, it'd be more of an open season on us than it is now. -

I personally know a lady who's son has lived in Mexico for a long time, became a cop overthere and his whole police department pretty much had been already asked the famous question "silver or lead" dude had been trying to find a way out the country ever since... I don't know what happened with him. -
