? So many candidates. Birdman is my personal favorite. You can tell he be unimpressed with himself at each songs which is why he make that "blat" sound to hide the insecurities in his weak verses.

*Edit* to clarify, I meant struggle flow as in rappers who try to hard to impress listeners, but struggle with delivery, flow, and wordplay, which ends up with them embarrassing themselves.
