Get ready for a Drake-Kanye West joint album!
The two made the announcement at Drizzy’s OVO Fest today (August 1) when West made a surprise appearance at the annual event.
“Toronto, I got one question for you,” West says on stage. “Is you all ready for this album? I’m not talking about [The Life of] Pablo. I’m not talking about VIEWS. I want to ask y’all, y’all ready for this album?”
Drake then joins the “Famous” rapper and makes sure the crowd understands that a collaborative project is in the works.
“What my brother was asking before was, are you ready if we make an album?” he says. “That’s what he was asking.”
After the release of The Life of Pablo, Yeezy took to Twitter to thank Drake and Future for their contributions to the album and promised more music with them.
West and Jay Z appeared on the first version of “Pop Style,” a single from VIEWS, but the album cut replaces The Throne with another Drake verse.

Kanye knows how to make great albums, he will bring the best out of Drake, hopefully Drake can learn a few things but im really not excited. Lowkey both these ? make the best collabs with Rozay especaially Drake would love to hear Rozay on the project or a Rozay album with either one of them.

No sion captain obvious post but i guess this is why kanye want's apple and tidal to settle their beef. Lol it all makes sense now. Because they will have issues with how to drop this project when they both are tied to different streaming sites.

I wanted a Watch the Throne 2 or WATTBA 2 before this, but I remeber a while ago Drake said he wanted to do a collab album with Ye so I hope both of them put their best into this, I'll be checking for it.

Yeah i was really hoping for WTT2. But ? i would be happy with juts another WTT tour where they did the orig WTT and solo ? /collabs. i regret not going to see that tour. -

Not the least bit interested in them doing a joint album.
They don't have a history of making dope music together anyway. I think they'd just be forcing ? .
People would listen just off the strength of the names involved but I wouldn't have high hopes about the actual music. -

10 years ago he did, before he was cloned in a government lab or hit with the Kim kar ? spell, lost all interest in anything new from Drake and Kanye so it's a double NO from me.
