It depends. I think when Pac rapped like he did on Hellrazor & If I die 2night he is untouchable if the last name aint jones or the firstname albert -

You know there's a story behind this track.
Originally the beat was for a Jeru the Damaja promo. It was either a commercial for Hot 97 or a promo they used to play. Biggie heard the beat and told Premiere he wanted it.
Somewhere there's an original version of this beat with Jeru rapping over it.
