Nah that analogy doesn't work. Sex is considered a contract in that it requires both parties consent. If one of the parties is not contract competent then the agreement is void. -

Not really, it was kind of a big deal and a lot of ppl did not go to see those movies based on those facts. This was of course pre-twitter etc though. -
