Since the Gaye estate won that case against Robin Thicke and them, this opens the flood gates for lawsuits claiming artists stole a "groove"...

Kanye said he got the drum pattern for Heart of the City from Xxplosive. Wasn't a sample, if I recall correctly, so I'd guess that fails the groove test

Heart of the city sounds nothing like xxplosive.
