Pretty sure my next whip will be an automatic unless it's a true sports car (hint hint 911)
You mean the PDK??? Which is basically an auto breda... The worst thing to do (imo) is get a straight manual gear box on a 911 from the 996 up to the 911 a) they are slower (unless you are lewis hamilton or nico rosberg) and b) they dont hold their money, maybe 1 out of 1000 people want a manual 911...
I really want an C4S or the new Targa, they are my dream cars but the money and practically is a problem haha for my job they would have to be a second car... I had the Cayenne S Hybrid for a a while though, it handled like a car not a SUV and was quicker than some sports cars... Porsche by far is my favourite car maker... -
Ive got a rattle in my C63 its doing my head in!!! So Ive sent it back to Mercedes, I think its just the AC housing being abit lose with the suspension being pretty tough, so you go get some shock when going over bumps...
But after the rattle is sorted Im putting some HRE wheels on (which is gonna hit my pockets) and then wrapping it matt militarily green... -
@EmM HoLLa.
How would you say the Panamera's reliability has been (in comparison to a 650/750 or a 550)?
I've ALWAYS side eyed them b/c it's a great car aesthetically and my procrastinating ass still tryna see what my next move is. Currently the CTS V-Sport is another option.
Edit: While searching for reliability issues lokk what I found....

The car is solid man.. Most reliable car I've owned thus far.. It's in the shop now cuz I'm getting my suspension taken care of. These NYC streets are no go...
I'm about to sell mine as well PM if you're interested... I'll give you the IC special discount haha.. -

Good insight my G! @EmM HoLLa.
From what I've read and heard they're reliable for the most part, BUT they do have a few real issues depending on make year. Some people have had engine failures/replacements, but it was warranty covered (that's major) while others have said the suspension might need attention and cool-ant/hose leaks were common. These are all 2010-11 problems tho.
I really appreciate the offer to bro *daps and pounds!* but I'm looking to stay inside the low 40's, plus it's not an imminent purchase (I already got two trucks)..... I've actually seen many in the high's 30's w/ relatively low miles. I could raise my price range, but a nikka like me lives in the lanes of ballin' and frugality. lololol...
The main thing that always scares me away from Germans is the maintenance (that's why the Caddy is layin' in da cut), but I might bite the bullet and jus say ? it.

Feel you my guy! @MallyG Which is one of the reasons I'm getting rid of mine.. I have a CPO warranty until February 2018.. But I don't want to wait that long to switch out. I want to sell it soon so that whomever I sell it to has some warranty left and to beat the depreciation before the new one drops..
I wouldn't drive these cars without a warranty.. Got my car back a couple days ago because I had the suspension issue. Got some bushings, upper and lower control arms.. Without a warranty that would have been 7-8k Smh.. Then the lady tells me I need front brakes and two tires.. 3k just like that.. So without warranty I woulda had a 10k bill like nothing. Smh ? is ridiculous.. A brake job needs new rotors, pads, and sensors. Smh -
