Lmfao @ Prenup is not valid because lawyer wasnt present at the signing.

Too bad a lot of musicians couldnt use this excuse when they find out their label has been ? them over.

Yeah that sucks. When some of them did have attorneys they had attorneys supplied by the label. ? is still happening too

This is ? stupid, dumb, and ridiculous; and I hope he gets every cent of it just to show people how dumb divorce/family court is. Remember that oil dudes divorce?

Nobody batted an eye at that... play the game how it go..... Tell her to cut the check.. and don't hate the player.....

There were quite a few that batted an eye at that.. However, they were married for 26 years. She helped in cultivating the 18 billion the Hamm's company was valued at. Plus, there was no prenuptial. So, 1 billion out of the 18, no prenuptial, and the ex wife can prove that she assisted in the growth of the company as an executive way before they got married... She got her severance package.

Same here... he helped cultivate her ? ..... Tell her to cut the check... Give that ? his severance...

True but that is his responsibility not hers. He had 2 days to take that to an attorney of his choosing but chose not to. That mistake is all on him.

Willing to bet that ? ain't going to fly in court.

Not quite... Record shows that Mary was established way before their marriage. In my opinion, he did a terrible job as a manager; instances of fund misappropriation, tax liens, and the infamous BK commercial... What, exactly, did he manage? He managed to ? her silly and he managed to help himself to her already hard earned funds.

Depends on the size of the document. You asking a guy to find a competent attorney and for the attorney to read the document and discuss it with him in just two days.

Regardless of the size of the document. The onus was on him to have it reviewed not her.

Besides that attorneys have gone over thousands of pages of documents in less than 2 days. Pay extra and get the ? done.

The wife was an executive at the company before Mr. Hamm acquired it. He kept her on, and used her knowledge to expand the business.

Stating an opinion is not indicative of an emotion. An opinion is a thought.

Go back to the first page of my this thread where I was talking about affirmative defenses concerning pre-nups. You can't spring a pre-nup on your fiancée at the eleventh hour. If you do the contract is null and void before the ? was signed under duress. Now if MJB can prove that ole was sitting on the ? , then that's another matter entirely.
