Change the date from 1964 to 2016 and we're still in the same predicament.

White politicians put on blackface so they can harness the black Democratic vote like a sheep herder.

Let big mama tell it, "We can't let Trump get in there!! Hillary gon take good care of us." Meanwhile, her son is STILL locked up from polices enacted by Bill Clinton (3 strikes law, kicking black women off welfare, draconian sentencing guidelines that targeted black males).

Voting for the lesser of two evils is an oxymoron. Evil is still evil, no matter how much coke you put in that Henny.

The ghost of Malcolm X asks??? Are you a champ, or a chump??

You hurt your own position with those tags.

    You pro-Trump or what ?

Easy to say all this ? about what "not" to do but what are you really saying and who is the audience ?

Did Black people pledge devotion to democrats ?

Not a Trump fan at all.

Those tags are accurate. She's presently under Federal Indictment for her "email scandal."

The Clinton foundation was used as a "pay to play" money laundering front to bankroll her Presidential campaign.

Moreover, she fleeced millions of dollars from multi-national corporations, and foreign governments hostile to the United States.

She did all this in her position as Secretary of State. Conventional wisdom says those corporations and governments were promised something of equal value in return for their "donations."

That's why she had the private server in her basement in New York. Smashing 13 cellphones, using bleach-bit to wipe the server clean; Her aides destroyed 3 laptops with a hammer!!

Crooked Hillary.......If the shoe fits, get a matching tin foil hat.

You mean to tell me that you wouldn't vote for someone you detested but who was not a genocidal maniac in other to avoid a ? ?

I won't even characterize Hillary as an evil anyway.

You have to a certain kind of stupid to somehow try to justify not voting for Hillary.

Not sure she's "under indictment" at all. If anything, the same FBI dude who said there was no case against her now made some vague inflammatory statement to apparently influence the election for Trump.

    Cite some sources tho.

And all this ? about a private email server.... I don't know if the law is different for politicians but is there supposed to be something inherently evil about using a private email server ?

Trump is the most corrupt candidate to run in modern times, if not ever. So the idea that between him and Hillary she is the corrupt one is just stupid.

Trump’s history of corruption is mind-boggling. So why is Clinton supposedly the corrupt one?

    By Paul Waldman September 5

In the heat of a presidential campaign, you’d think that a story about one party’s nominee giving a large contribution to a state attorney general who promptly shut down an inquiry into that nominee’s scam “university” would be enormous news. But we continue to hear almost nothing about what happened between Donald Trump and Florida attorney general Pam Bondi.

I raised this issue last week, but it’s worth an update as well as some contextualization. The story re-emerged last week when The Post’s David A. Fahrenthold reported that Trump paid a penalty to the IRS after his foundation made an illegal contribution to Bondi’s PAC. While the Trump organization characterizes that as a bureaucratic oversight, the basic facts are that Bondi’s office had received multiple complaints from Floridians who said they were cheated by Trump University; while they were looking into it and considering whether to join a lawsuit over Trump University filed by the attorney general of New York State, Bondi called Trump and asked him for a $25,000 donation; shortly after getting the check, Bondi’s office dropped the inquiry.

Pretty much hell yes way too many black people have pledged devotion to the democrats.

Somebody said this last week or a few weeks ago on here " black people are scared to lose their house ? status in america" ? is actually seeming more and more like a fact.

That Malcolm X video is 100% truth in even today. That ? a damn shame how a man whose speeches were given 50+ years ago is still 100% relevant today cause basically we as black people still dealing with the same problems only thing that has changed is the technology everybody is using.

The best way you can ascertain the progress of a people, is determining if they're still complaining about the same problems they had 50-60 years ago.

Back then we were getting lynched by white vigilante mobs (while law enforcement stood idly by). Now it's LAW ENFORCEMENT whose doing the killing!! While the Democrats WE put in office every 4 years stand idly by (Obama).

In those protest marches in the 60's, we held up signs that said "I am a man." The wording may be different today (BlackLivesMatter signs) but the connotation--premise is the same......

Stop oppressing us and acknowledge our humanity.

I don't think the bold is going to happen from white people in this country.

Its up to us as a people to acknowledge our own humanity on a large scale not just the small minority of black people who do already.

IMO if we could get our ? together on a large scale I feel like we could fight the oppression. With our ? together we as a people wouldn't have to depend on them for so much in our lives. That alone would lessen the oppression we have been enduring.

What you're describing is analogous to the low-level, street "black on black crime" argument.

Crooked Hillary engages in criminal enterprise type crime, on a global scale. The ? you posted is equivalent to low-level street ? in comparison.

The majority of the donors to her campaign come from corporate donors. No doubt they'll be looking for a return on their investment, in the event she's elected. Trump's come from small donors. And the "people" will hold him to account, in the event he's elected.

Do you want public policy written/influenced by Goldman Sachs, and J.P Morgan, or from "We the People?"

    SMH.... Absolutely Incredible.

    Why stop there?

We have it worse TODAY than we had it when we were legally constituted as 3/4ths of a person, dont we?

We have it worse TODAY than when our ancestors were slaves and treated as property, right?

-We have the same amount of choice.
-We have the same amount of opportunity.
-We have the same legal protections.
-We enjoy the same access to employment, housing, education, voting rights, public facilities, legal recourse for racial discrimination.

    Absolutely NOTHING has changed...

    That's your argument?

Our ancestors were tormented, drowned with a fire hose, beaten to death, spit upon, endured life long punishment and unfathomable blood shed to accomplish ...

    Absolutely nothing???

All Contrary to Objective History and common sense.

    SMH.... Absolutely Incredible.

How have things gotten better brother..

Just because you take the knife out of my back being from 9 inches to 6 inches, you call that progress?

Black folks are not still being hung?

Black folks are not still discriminated?

Black folks are not still denied housing/loans

Black folks still have a high unemployment rate?

Are whites still getting away with murder for killing innocent black men and women hell and children?

The things I've listed, was this not happening in 1964 when Malcolm X gave this speech

? may not be getting hosed down, but they are getting pepper sprayed

? still getting beaten to death

? may not be getting spitted on, but they are getting kneed in the back when getting cuffed

? still getting hung out here on trees...

I'm referencing the contents of the video Malcolm X spoke about in 1964.

Change the date to 2016, the Democratic party still promises us the world during election season......

    And deliver nothing.

Man black folks don't even understand that the Democratic party once upon a time..hated black folks...that the Democratic party was for the southern red necks

Truth be told if black ppl know their history, the Republican party was responsible for keeping the black vote alive back in the late 1800s after the Civil War, it was the Democratic party that wanted blacks to stop voting and be removed from the seats in the Senate and House etc.

Not saying that the Republican party now today is what we need to join, I'm saying now today, both parties practice white supremacy, ones the left fang and the other one is the right fang of a snake....and going back to what you stated, we should consolidate our own party with demands/goals we want to see done for the black man/woman

    we dont need neither party..
    we need policies..

or we dont vote.. that simple..

"Our ancestors died for us to vote"

"How does not voting help black ppl"

Folk, I'm on the same line as you with the sit cho ass at home and chill on the voting for this President election, but I'm just giving you a heads up on what will be stated about the bold part I highlighted.
