I had a corporate bigwig tell me at a conference once that, his company has an insidious policy when it comes to hiring interns.
The model they use is "22, & 22."
Get a intern around 22 years old, and pay them twenty-two grand a year.
Chew'em up, spit them out like bubble gum.
Company remains in the black, hitting all their quarterly targets.
