How much sleep you get a day?

Ive always thought the whole "you need 8 hours sleep a day" thing was wack and not necessary, havent got that much sleep consistanly since i was in school, now its bout 5 a night but ? im good with 4 also, if i sleep in my off days i might get 6 or more depending, i love to sleep tho but not like i used to where id sleep half the day away sometimes, what about yall?

I usually get five-six hours. Bed at 1am, up at 7am. Often overshoot the 1am though.
I work most of the time, so it's more so out of necessity than choice, and I do think you need more than six hours in order to be at your best. Most of the time, I make mistakes due to being too tired. It's definitely unheatlhy too, as I think it's slowed down my metabolism over time and not been great the heart and mind. -

I usually get 5-6 hours. But there is a noticeable difference when I get that amount vs. 8 hours consistently.
Funny ? is that when I was younger, I could NEVER sleep more than 6 hours. And when I did, I'd be tired as hell the next day. I used to thrive off of 3-6 hours of sleep. Now in my early 30s, them days are long gone. I still be moving and shaking...but I FEEL that ? a lot more.

The bud put me down round bout 11-12ish I'm usually up by 6-7ish with no alarm

I can't function on less than 4.
I'm good on 5-6. Even better if I'm lucky enough to squeeze a power nap somewhere in the day.
Sleeping 8 or more hrs makes me groggy as hell and I don't wana do ? the rest of the day. -

Word. We the same age. You must take better care of yourself than I do, my ? ! Cuz like I said, I can function on 6 hours. I can function at a HIGH level on 6 hours, cuz that's bout all I get usually. But when I can get 8 a night for a consistent period, I be running around like I just smoked a rock. Energetic as ? . -

Word. We the same age. You must take better care of yourself than I do, my ? ! Cuz like I said, I can function on 6 hours. I can function at a HIGH level on 6 hours, cuz that's bout all I get usually. But when I can get 8 a night for a consistent period, I be running around like I just smoked a rock. Energetic as ? .
? i honestly dunno how id feel with 8 anymore, i feel great with 5 but i do know the more i sleep the more tired i am throughout the day, and if i get less than 4 i feel like ? all day till i can get a nap, but 4 or more im good? Kinda funny how that hour makes a world of diffirence -

I'll usually hit the sack around 10:30 and will get up around 6:30 or 7am to get ready for work. I get 8 now, but I can function with as little as 5 hrs of sleep. Anything less then I'm struggling -
Gotta be up by 3am n usually cant fall asleep til 10'ish.

At least 4, but i sometimes have these weird spells where I'm up 24 hours straight. Happens a lot on weekends.

Trying to work my way up to 8. -
3 maybe 4. I get up at 330am. But usually I don't lay down until about midnight

I used to need bout 12 if not more. I can easily spend more time sleeping than awake.
Im around 7-8 hrs now tho -
3-4. I feel like I'm missing out on something when I sleep. I spark then shower around 12ish, wake up around 3 or 4, get ready for work and spark before I leave for work. It eventually catches up to me and I'll sleep like 16 hours

Not nearly enough. I'm a college student so around 4-6.
Over the breaks (and hopefully when I graduate and get a full time job instead of balance homework, jobs, organizations, job interview, etc. ) I get a full 8-9 (which is what you're supposed to get for health reasons) and I can definitely feel the difference. I'm a lot more energized, I'm able to work out harder, and my skin is a lot more clear. -
As I type this I'm working on an online final that's due tonight by 11:59, and probably won't be sleeping until at least 1am

5ish once in awhile I might sleep 7 but I end up waking up tired if I do anymore
And no matter what time I go to sleep at night I'll im always wake up by 430 no matter what even my off days but got back to sleep.
