I did 4 79lbs turkish get ups... but im still hesitant to do it. I still got that fear effect. I ll have to do at least 4 TGU a day until that fear disapear.

A lot of times ppl don't be using the right amount of peanut butter. Also vanilla wafers and peanut butter is delicious. Get a serving size of peanut butter and dip them wafer for snacks. Add the correct peanut butter serving to bread or a shake when supplementing with it.

That's why I try to not eat any carbs after 2 P.M. ? eating white bread is like exotic as hell after eating Ezekiel Bread for so long. -
I was going to start one of my new years resolution today but I forgot that I have to get my haircut but the same passion that I got into the gym life 2 years ago is the same passion that I am going to get back into playing basketball. My goal is to get back into basketball workout again. Even though I have a busy schedule these days because of school, my mission to at least play basketball 2-3 times a month

been eating nothing but campbells chicken noodle soup and eggs
didnt realize im eating only like 200 calories a day lol -
