I make these to go with 3 hard boiled eggs and a fruit smoothie for breakfast, I got to eat on the go -
A turkey sandwich with dave's killer bread and guacamole, and a gallon bag full of almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews and whatever you want I smash a few handfuls, that's meal two of the day

One of those high calorie shakes a few hours before workout, and a protein shake with chia seeds, honey and a few cheddar rice cakes after workout

Looks like doing weighted bar exercises and trying to master typewriter pullups has increased my shoulder strengh and stability. -

First time in my life i have a slight pudge.. below the abs

Think I caught a hernia yesterday ....was doing decline ab twists and felt a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen...felt a bulge but it went away after about 10 seconds....this morning the area doesn't hurt...should I still have a doctor check it out? Never had one of these before

I've had my love muscles go haywire on me.
Eat bananas and mind your form. You likely pinched membrane.
But still go find out that ? aint no joke.
Just dont see why intestinal tract would push thru your abdomen if you werent carrying load forcing you to pushout.
