That was a quarter of a percent cut in the mortgage insurance premium for FHA loan holders, announced last week by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and set to go into effect next Friday, January 27. The reduction was estimated to save the average FHA borrow $500 this year.
So much for the struggling families all across our land. -

The Congressional Black Caucas should be doing their best to get a meeting with Trump. Need to stop the Clinton and Democrat shilling and think of the bigger picture - getting jobs, education funds for black folks. See if you can cut a deal.
Black Americans have been negotiating with bigots since they landed on Virginia shores, see King and LBJ -

Typical emotional ? - this isn't a purity contest. Washington is where federal dollars get divided.
You should at least pitch more $ for HBCUs, federal grants for education in black districts, contracts for black vendors, and infrastructure projects in CBC districts.
But you wanna sit there and be sensitive. -

In 2007, McMahon invited Austin and Donald Trump to be a part of WrestleMania 23 at Detroit’s Ford Field in front of 80,000 fans.
“I’m taller than you,” Trump tells McMahon in the ring face to face. “I’m better looking than you. I think I’m stronger than you, and I am here to challenge you to a match at WrestleMania...One hundred percent, I would kick your ass.”
McMahon suggests that they pick wrestlers to fight in their stead. Donald agrees. “You pick a representative, I pick a representative. If you lose, I get to shave your head. If I lose, you get to shave my head,” Trump says. It was promoted as the main event of the evening, the “Battle of the Billionaires” in a Hair vs Hair match with Stone Cold Steve Austin as the special guest referee. Trump chose Bobby Lashley, who has since found success as the TNA wrestling champion, while McMahon decided to be in the corner of the “Samoan Bulldozer” Umaga (who passed away two years later).
By the end of the night, after Donald's boy had won and McMahon was shaved bald, Austin would leave with a story that no other wrestler could top, and one that he's never told in this much detail.
“Vince says to me, ‘Steve, I’m going to see if I can get Donald to take the Stunner,’" Austin recalls, referring to his signature finishing move, where he kicks an opponent in the gut then performs a sit-down jawbreaker. "I said, ‘you think?’ He says, ‘Oh yeah, it’ll be great, it’ll be great.’ He goes up to Donald and says, ‘Hey Donald, this is Stone Cold Steve Austin.’ I shook Donald’s hand. He goes, ‘Listen, I want to know if after the match, when everything is done, if Steve could hit the Stone Cold Stunner on you.’ Donald says, ‘You think it’d be a good thing?’ and Vince goes, ‘Oh, of course it would be. It would just blow the roof off the place.’ And Donald’s right hand guy was saying, ‘No, no, no! You don’t need to do this, we got other things to do!’ He’s trying to talk him out of it. And Donald says to Vince, ‘You think it’ll help?’ and Vince goes, ‘I promise you it’ll help.’ And Donald says, ‘Okay, I’ll do it.’
Austin pulled it off seamlessly, leaving Trump splayed on the mat, but it wasn't one of his best. "It wasn’t a picture-perfect stunner," Austin says, "but I give Donald Trump a hell of a lot of credit for being a man. He was a stand-up guy, he was there to do business and we did business, so I respect the man for that. If I see him giving a speech on the TV, I don’t think, ‘Hey, I gave this guy a stunner.’ We were doing business and we did business. The fact that he is going to be the next President of the United States, it’s a hell of a story.”

(CNN) — President Donald Trump on Friday night signed an executive order aimed at trying to fulfill one of his most impassioned campaign promises: Rolling back Obamacare.
The executive order signed in the Oval Office is designed "to ease the burden of Obamacare as we transition from repeal and replace," White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters.
Spicer did not respond when asked for further details.
I actually feel bad for all the ppl who actually use and depend on the ACA. But all these empty promises gone blow up in his face sooner or later. smh. TrumpCare lol smh -

Last night, at the alt-right promoted ‘DeploraBall’ inauguration gala in Washington, D.C., outspoken Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke addressed the crowd and let it be known that he has no desire to work with Democrats during a Trump Administration.
Clarke, who is currently a registered Democrat and has run for office a number of times as a Democrat, told attendees that he’d rather be violent with those in the Democratic Party than find compromise or working solutions.
“I am one of those bare-knuckle fighters,” the sheriff stated. “When I hear people say we need to reach across the aisle and work with the Democrats, you know what I say? The only reason I’ll be reaching across the aisle is to grab one of them by the throat.”
According to Business Insider, when asked about his comments, the Democratic law enforcement official said that Democrats have done “nothing for black people and I’m tired of that.”
Clarke was recently in the news over an encounter he had with a man on an airplane. Reportedly, Clarke detained the man at an airport for a short while after he shook his head at Clarke for wearing Dallas Cowboys gear. The sheriff responded to the man’s complaint by threatening to take physical action next time.
