I remember showing up to work. I think it was a Sunday. One of my co-workers said, "Did you hear? Notorious B.I.G. got shot and killed".
I said, "No you mean 2Pac got shot and killed"
He said, "No it just happened last night"
I didn't believe him. There was tension between the East/West but we(at least I) thought it was over when Pac got shot and killed.
So when I got off work I went over one of my homies crib. I remember talking about the East/West Beef. We thought it
was over. In fact, we thought the beef was being sensationalized. We didn't think it was that serious in the first place.
To this day I think The West took the beef more seriously than cats on the East Coast. Thats just my opinion. -

I just so happen to catch the news the night it happened. I was just..shocked... I mean Pac hadn't even been dead a year...
I was big fans of both of them dudes. I didn't really like that they were beefing but some dope music came out it so i just sat back entertained it. I never took a side like a lot of ppl I knew. I kinda had a feeling it was just a way to sell records. But the ? just got out of hand... -
me and my brawd at the time got up that sunday morning march 10th... turned on mtv heard the news... we was devastated.. it was almost like we had lossed a family member
