Makaveli vs Life after death? One received 5 mic while the other was never rated. Both very powerful albums. After 20 plus years which one is your favorite?

Life after deathI've never seen these albums get compared before. I thought this was going to be AEOM vs LAD.
-
MakaveliLad should of been one disc....but 7 day theory is a masterpiece

Cause u can't. There's a reason why they count double cds as 2 cds. -
Life after deathCan't do it

MakaveliReady to die = Biggie best album
Me against the world = Tupac best album
But i'd say Makaveli is better
But Biggie got the best album out of them all -

Yeah, I did it cause they both were made around the same time and they're last albums. They both dissed each other. One directly, one subliminally. One album named loosely after a man that faked his death. The other after the notion of living after you die. They both had alot in common. Oh, I almost forgot, they both dissed Nas on their albums. -

Life after deathNiccolo Machiavelli didn't fake his own death...

Life after deathHard to pick but life after death gets more play from me.

MakaveliMakaveli...the whole dark vibe of the album was some next level ? .
Biggie ? had too many radio friendly songs. That's why it wasn't able to really be all that cohesive. The ? still a classic nonetheless though. -
MakaveliThe Don Killuminati was a masterpiece. It was a perfect mix of Me Against The World and All Eyez On Me. I loved it when Pac went back his poetic roots but still aggressive.
1 - Bomb First (My Second Reply)
Loved the way Pac set the tone for the entire album. He knew exactly what he wanted to say and said it with feeling. Outlawz came correct here as well.
2 - Hail Mary
Classic. The production was awesome, Hurt Em Badd did their thing on here. Pac really went subliminal and poetic. Always in my playlist.
3 - Toss It Up
Perfect song to jam in the whip cruising. Beat is on point. Classic Westcoast music.
4 - To Live And Die In LA
A nice smooth track that's easy to cruise a sunny day with and chill out with a blunt. Pac really put his heart in this.
5 - Blasphemy
An awesome track that is more relevant to Me Against The World. Poetic Pac expressing his feelings. Pac at his best.
6 - Life Of An Outlaw
I love the hook on this song. So smooth. The first weak song on the album, but still a great song.
7 - Just Like Daddy
I skip this song
8 - Krazy
One of the ultimate smoking songs. Smooth Pac and a great flow from Bad Azz. Love this track.
9 - White Manz World
Underrated song by Pac. No one does songs with a message better than Pac. This is one of the best.
10 - Me And My Girlfriend
One of the dopest concept songs in the history of hip hop. If you don't know, the idea came from Nas' I Gave You Power. Pac was a fan of the song.
11 - Hold Ya Head
Another underrated 2pac song. I love it. Pac is at his best when he starts really getting on topics.
12 - Against All Odds
One of the most fiercest diss tracks ever in hip hop. Pac held nothing back, didn't give a ? , he was coming after everyone. Classic 2pac. My favorite track off the album.
Masterpiece of an album. Love it. -
MakaveliWow, this threw me for a loop too. I was expecting double album vs double album and I woulda had LAD easily. But yeah I LOVE the 7 Day theory. It's my favorite Pac album.

Artistically musically Resonable Doubt>Ready2Die -
Life after deathI liked the Pac album..but loved LAD. Is kind of all over the place at times but there's more songs I like on it. Hard to compare double discs to single disc. Pac my favorite rapper of all time. But I really enjoyed LAD
