No Thundercat or Flying Lotus
Probably going in a different direction musically from TPAB with the Nubian jazzy influences... -

Do we want to do this again ? -

Go back and look at the albums Dre has been the executive producer for. Also probably the same reason Snoop, Em and 50 ventured away from using them, pave their own lane. -

Might as well. We got 7 days to waste -

Mentorship - originally Dre offered to for GKMC but Kendrick told him he wanted to prove himself to Dre before ever doing it. They asked him again on TPAB and he said he felt he wasn't truly there yet. I can't even knock it, unlike Dre's past artists who depended on him (Stat Quo, Bishop Lamont, etc.), Kendrick does it on his own. In due time he will use Dre beats.
And as stupid as ? be on the IC, I'm sorry but a Kendrick/Dre produced album is instant classic. Get mad Reason, ? will say Ross has classics but apparently a Dre produced album with Kendrick is gonna be wack. Only on the Reason SMMFH....
LOL its only @AggyAF who feels a Dr. Dre produced beat or album don't matter much in this present times...
But let's not go through that again in this thread -
Damn Kendrick fans went from calling an album a classic after listening to 3 songs to now automatically calling his ? a "instant classic" to a album that wasn't made yet

Dope, Sounwave's eventually gonna go down as one of the GOAT producers. His sound is so versatile
Based on the production, this is gonna be a blend of good kid madd city and section 80, mixed with current trap bounce (Mike will made it)
Knowing all of the producers style, this album is gonna have a very unique sound with DJ Dahi and Sounwave on this. My only gripe is I wish my man Willie B got more burn.
All in all I'm hyped, and I didn't expect Mike Will to produce Humble at all. Dude is hella versitle. I can tell he moved to LA to craft this with Kendrick though, that song has a LA vibe to it heavy

the album is done... it's delayed due to sample clearance. -
