This whole series is on a slow burn, but it's clearly leading up to something explosive.
Do u mean u just started season 2? -

Episodes appear on Netflix UK the day after they air in the US. -

Yeah some pretty beautiful shots with Mike in the thunder cloud filled desert. Gilligan's cinematographer really knows how to take advantage of nature's most beautiful and overlooked visuals like the sky itself. -

smh.....im all for slow burns but gat damn. WTF. I was falling asleep during the ep.
They atleast could have showed mike ending up following the tracker dude to gus's chicken joint at the very end.
Snooze fest overall tho

They couldn't maintain the theme of the show and do a show about Mike. Mike is too old. He broke bad in the 60's or something. I like Mike and he is one of the most interesting, if not the most interesting characters on the show, but his transformation is something different. Mike's been living on the other side a long time. His current story-line definitely represents a way in which he broke bad, but Jimmy is basically still a civilian. He breaks rules, but he hasn't broken yet. Jimmy and Mike's relationship parallels Walter and Jessie's to some extent.
Or maybe not, but that's my perspective. -
