    Nate was bonafide on the hooks but Lauryn is one of the greatest emcees of all time and a crown jewel to the culture of artistry within Hip Hop

    He wrote lyrics and bars the same way a rapper does but he delivered them in song.

    It was 100% hiphop

    Lauryn's singing tracks were strictly R&B

    I'm going with Lauryn. She can sing with the best of them and she can rap with the best of them.

    I can't think of a singer that can unequivocally sing better than her

    And I can't think of a rapper that can unequivocally rap better than her.

    GOAT hook singer vs GOAT female rapper. Nate is a legend but The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is a masterpiece. Whether you like rap or R&B it is a timeless album of music.

    Lauryn has the better album, but when I think of her it's not as a GOAT MC. Too many wasted years... The comparison to Nates album is foolish. Not the same vibe.

    L is dope but her body of work isnt close to NATE's yea she has a classic solo album and a group album.
    But Nate was on so many songs and made a bunch of songs hits.

    But voice wise no one sounded like Nate

    I don't get the l boogie greatest female rapper ish either. Her solo was more r&b than rap. Lost one and that thing are the only joints with bars off that lp i remember.
