    Mozzarella is Italian cheese. The white cheese that a good Mexican spot would use to melt over whatever would be either queso oaxaca or queso asadero.

    There's a spot in Vegas down Tropicana we stopped at to cop some carne asada fries that had some FYRAH ass sauces. The spots around Phoenix got some heat for your ass, but this joint has some ? so hot it'll make you rethink your life.

    They also got these massive tortas loaded up with all kinda ? . I had one with ham, breaded steak, chicken, egg, chorizo, some kinda good ass sausage, pork leg, guac, tomato, chipotle peppers, and lettuce. ? was almost $20 but worth every penny.

    Aw man no disrespect but that is by far one of the most disgusting things I ever put in my mouth lol we used to have potlucks after our football games and the locals on my team would eat that ? up. Too funny

    Burrito - really big rolled up taco
    Taquito - really small rolled up taco
    Quesadilla - taco panini
    Chimichanga - deep fried taco
    Fajitas - taco with sautéed onions and peppers
    Taco salad - Deconstructed taco

    Fajita's ain't mexican. They originate from Texas.
    Taco Salad is also from Texas.
    Chimichangas are from Arizona
    Taquitos are from SoCal or New Mexico depending on who you ask.
