If you were a rapper that made it, you putting your friends and family on or just giving out money?

Looking back, alot artist put their people on and most times theres a falling out somewhere down the line for whatever reason. Either they cant rap, steal, or freeloading. With that being said, instead of putting them on payroll would you invest in something other than music that they're actually good at so they could be in a position to stand on their own, or allow them to continue being leeches?

Figure out how any skills they got can benefit your operation and then maybe the can be entourage.. no handouts -
some friends yeah cause they talented as hell but it'll have to be under my umbrella so i can get paid. Most fam would just get bailed out of debt to an extent

If anyone asking bold enough to ask for money then they should be able to tell me what kind of plan they have already laid out to flip what i gice them in a legal manner to better their situation.

I am kinda surprised no one has that friend or family member thats not a parent or sibling they cant say no to. I think we all have atleast one.

Im putting them to work or only investing in businesses that actually make since. People be trying to get you to invest in their pet rock business.
