Joe rapping style is like 2 notches above birdman and master P if we gonna be real. Wayne is actually a very skilled MC, his lyrics, song structure and topics however are what can be horrific at Times...not sure how Joe winning this poll....i know Wayne is not very liked here, but let's get real -
