Wack RapperN.O.R.E. was a good album but his style was only good for 1 album. What was different and somewhat innovative on his first album was pure and total trash on everything after that. In hindsight the Neptunes carried his ass. Once you started hearing other good rappers spitting over Neptunes beats without Nore's ? Dr. Seus ass what/what clown ass rhymes you realized just how wack he truly was.
