Salmon and trout are my safe choices.
Can u fry them? What options for frying besides catfish whiting snapper or tilapia from the store?
Rockfish and Cod are other white fish great for frying. Tilapia is a mostly farm raised fish and doesn't come from the wild often so they tend to have less nutrients and have whatever health effects the farm gives them -
