It's crazy because I was just teaching my lil brothers about mobb deep, and they was amazed at the Infamous Mobb Deep album, saying it was better than Illmatic, dude was an amazing artist and person and should that good music and art always last every generation.

This brother was one of my favorite rappers around the mid to late 90's. From '95 till '98 he was killing every track he was featured on. This brother had madd quotables, classic verses. At one time I even believe he was the most sampled contemporary rapper in the game.
That disease is terrible. One cousin of mine had it. Guess it was his time to go. Only thing I can do now is pay respect to his loved ones. -

P had that It as a rapper. He'd say some simple yet lyrical ? ; street and poetic ? . Bold, Braggadocio, grimy NY rap at its finest. One of the few to keep up with the GOAT on a track. Mobb Deep classic album, the infamous, along with Nas and Wu raised me. Some near classics with murder musik and hell on earth. RIP -
