Was expecting much worse based off the comments in here, I don't love it but it ain't bad at all if it was a single from a Nas album I would be a little disappointed..
-
This ? makes You Owe Me seem like One Mic.
I dont understand the hate that "u owe me" gets. That ? was fire. -
"I put the shackles on ya feet"
"Owe me back like you owe your tax"
Lmfao hot garbage.
Then he has the nerve to get at Joe Camel for making successful party anthems. At least he knew how to consistently make them unlike Nas. -
"You made "You Owe Me" dawg, I thought you could relate" - J Cole, "Let Nas Down" -
The ? was Nas thinking. I'm gonna pretend this collabo never existed

khaled probably hyped him up
"this a MAJOR KEY Nas. Ashad said this is the ONE." -
Esco was trolling with this
-
I've seen You Owe Me light up a dance floor

I'm also sure no DJ has played in in a club since 2000. Timeless it definitely was not. -
I've seen You Owe Me light up a dance floor
not because of Nas tho, probably because of G and Timbo -

I still hear It's Tricky played at parties. Still hear Can't Touch This played at lounges or clubs when I go. Even It Takes Two. The Humpty Dance.
To bring it up to Nas' era Mo Money Mo Problems, Party Up and Big Pimpin. To bring up Nas himself even Hate Me Now. So yeah lack of timelessness and years of ridicule makes that ? a flop regardless of where it charted back in '99. -
Not this one though. You'd hear Oochie Wally played before this in NYC clubs. True story. -
I like you owe me it's oochie wally that's hot garbage
-
Cot damn i havent been to club shadows in years lol. Old ? galore haha. -
I can tell some of u ? never went out
-
U Owe Me only bangs in the club for Ginuwine's part in the hook no one care about 40 acres when they're in the club tryna smash on white ?
-
They still play U Owe Me all the time in the clubs. At least in the north east they do. That's a timeless club record
