Twista has been in the game for a minute, and the Chi-town legend is about to make a comeback. Twista hit up XXL to announce Crook County, his first full-length in three years. When asked about his motivation, the rapper shared this jewel:
“I’m putting out a project now because you have to stay consistent in this game today or you will be out of mind. Also, I still love music so I want people to hear where I am creatively and keep the Twista legacy going!”
It's no surprise that Twista hasn't lost his passion for music, and if his latest single "Baddest" is any indication, we're in for an enjoyable ride. Check out the tracklist and album art below, and watch for Crook County to drop on July 7th.

That whole SpeedKnot Mobstaz album went hard as ? . Traxster produced it. -
Traxster did a lot of his later albums like category f5
-
His last EP Living Legend had a great intro track but the rest was terrible
Hope this is better -

I've always supported my Chicago artists, but I'm not gonna even buy this album because Twista seems to have gotten lazy with his lyrics. That song 'Next To You' with Jerimih should have been a huge hit, but Twista's lyrics were weak as ? on that song.
-
Were they paying him with coke and beer for all the classic hooks he did, hell he sang the hook for a Scarface and 2Pac song for ? 's sake not to mention "Po ? ", "Still Po Pimpin'", "Do U?", etc.
But I guess many a folk have had more money than him and blown it all. Sad that those guys were being ? too him in the video though and he still didn't sound half bad. -
This song here is SO Chicago.. watching that other video of him singin for a beer was sad. Thats our ppl for you tho..

Listening now
Twista done went "Migos flow" too

Yeah I gave it a skim thru on iTunes.
I really had high hopes for this ? but it's a mix of Skips and Hits.
About a quarter of the drop I can really ? with off top. The other joints flat out suck....and I really hate to say that.
Track 1 is for ppl stuck in the 90s. It's some vintage Chicago ? that sounds like you've heard 1000 times already though - SKIP
Tracks 2 go hard as ? - HIT
Track 3 is some Future imitation ? - SKIP
Track 4 Twista flow is tight as ? but that faggy ass hook kills it for me....... - SKIP (unfortunately)
Track 5 go hard as ? - HIT
Track 6 - SKIP
Track 7 go hard as ? - HIT
Track 8 is some Smigg Dirtee imitation ? - SKIP
Track 9 is some Migos imitation ? - SKIP
Track 10 just sucks ass - SKIGGITY SKIP SKIP SKIP
Track 11 is a desperate radio attempt that is likely only to be pushed in Chicago - SKIP
Track 12 - The other rapper sound like a teenage TI. Beat is cool. Twistas flow is tight but it's the same rob a ? trap ? you've heard 1 million times - SKIP
Track 13 go hard as ? - HIT
-
I didn't know Twist was still at it!
