I know the hype is huge for 4:44 right now as it should be. But what is the better album. Jay-Z vs Common lastest works.

Common first 3 albums were 90% NO ID. That's nothing new. BAA had one producer too. I choose this because it's there last album and only had one producer for both projects.

Ah ok. 444> BAA. Dreamer Believer would be a harder choice

I'm go with Common. Lyrically he was a beast on this album. I think he was more lyrical and had a better flow on this album than Jay. But both pretty damn good.

Why compare.. Thing is just cuz its jay he'll get more credit for putting out the album Common has made his whole career.. Thats just the nature of people

.(then again his album is more reflective than wholly conscious but still)

    just appreciate and stop comparing

I just rocked BAA yesterday. It's a lot stronger than 4:44 in my opinion. Common has more experience with those topics though so I expect him to have the better project.

Why is this even being compared. The subject matter isn't even the same. 4:44 addressed financial literacy and infidelity. BMA was more of a political. This comparison is as stupid as 4:44 and Life is Good.

Both projects have one producer. Both deal with family. Both deal with issues that keep black people down. Lack of wealth and foolish spending habits and police brutality and the government. Both touch on religious beliefs or reasons they lack it. Common believes in Christ while Jay has issues due to his Grandfather. Both talk about love. Both are each rapper last work. And both executive produced by no ID. So they are comparable.

Can we stop acting like Jay said some amazingly deep ? on 444.

All he said was credit is more important than throwing money at the strip club.

If yall didnt already know that without JayZ telling u than ur an idiot
