Drive bys
-
take off my shirt and fix something around the house
-
take her lunch to work and eat with her, send flowers to her at work out the blue, and last but not least the ultimate romantic gesture is to wash her hair and oil her scalp
-
The biggest impediment to the execution of romantic ideas is narrow-minded women. I'm not wasting my good ideas out here. These ? getting happy hour at Friday's.

Yeah I know there are people who do the bare minimum...but the ? you listed don't make you different. It makes you a ? who still takes his wife out. That's not as uncommon as you're trying to make it -
Romance is reserved for those ladies of longevity. Someone you really care about, your queen..wife. Jumpers are only provided with #2 combos, good ? n some weed
-
I gave her my last bite of food
Yall just dont know how much of a sacrifice this is. -
Anytime The Brothers movie comes on I get so annoyed at that damn idea. I ain't got to give up the last hot wing to prove my love. ? that -

smdh.....
but divorce is high why?
finances?
cheating?
no feeling appreciated?
bruh....i think you overlooking this a bit much....the things i listed dont make me different.
consistency does and how i go about it does. aint you still married? ever ask your wife what makes you so special? why she still keeps you around? why yall aint a statistic? why the lunch ? aint got room? will you say you doing the bare minimum or ill she big you up?
there is a reason alot of women dont know how to receive romance...mainly because they dont know what it looks like. and with so many hoez....why should men take the time to know what it is?
it take alot of energy to stay married. and alot of work. then add in kids.....yes, it is very common to lapse in the romance department. but, i am sure you know that(not saying your marriage). so lets not make this out to be simple like everyone does it.
divorce and lunch ? have a place for a reason.

I'll do random ? like in the middle of the day send a random text like "here's your daily reminder of how beautiful you are"...for her bday last year I told her to make a list of 10 things she wants to do or places she wants to go by her next bday. We've crossed 6 off the list. VI trip next month will make 7.
case and point....
your texts are a thing alot of dudes dont do or think of.
your wife doesnt have to ask. because you give what and who you are before that. do you know how uncommon that is?
now...flip that....can a random ? shower your wife with compliments? yes. will it make her feel attractive? yes. will it make her feel like he pays more attention than you? no.
see how that works?
even your idea of her 10 places.....creative. puts her in the spotlight. she feels special.
? , take ownership of being a good dude to your lady. i am sure its alot of unhappy chicks hating cuz they aint getting that treatment.

? you the one who said you different. I was saying that ? don't make you different it makes you someone in a relationship who actually gives a ? . Yes it takes a concerted effort to make a marriage work and many people forget that you still need to maintain a relationship after the wedding, after the kids, after you get off work and are tired. All that ? does matter. I just thought it was funny you listing ? anyone who actually has a successfully functioning relationship does as you being different. -
Just pay attention to the little things
Remember stuff she says she likes or dislikes and run with that
Dinner , movie theatres, and drinks at a bar can get old and boring quick so get creative. Picnic and movies at the park , star gaze with a bottle of whatever y'all like , mini vacations or road trips, etc
You shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to make her happy

I know those women exist. I work with some of them. Just a couple months back I had 2 female coworkers tell me that her seeing and hearing how I talk to and about my wife has pretty much given them a prototype for how she wants to be treated and spoken to. I know I'm a good dude I just don't think treating my wife how she should be treated makes me different or special. -

taking the time to know how a woman should be treated.
that say it all.

have a casino night..
rent casino tables. roulette, poker, blackjack. hire dealers.
have money printed with her face on it
and hand out stacks at the door
the person with the most money at the end of the night wins the door prize.
but the main focus is on the woman with her face on the money cuz the night is about her. -
babelipsss wrote: »Wrong!!! Jewelry can never get old. How long have diamonds been hitting a home run every time?
it gets old when you just buying and not thinking.
would you want jewelry that fits you and your taste? or as long as its a diamond?
middle of the mall jewelry, side of the mall jewelry and outside the mall jewelry all have different values and different options.
i think you would agree, that sometimes changing up the stone would be nice too, along with having you in mind during the purchase. -
When I was 25,my boyfriend at that time took me to the Adler planetarium to look at the stars. It was free entry that day and we ate weed brownies and had a great trippy time. Then he stole some lady's prada purse which had 300 and a pair of diamond stud earrings. He kept the earrings for himself and spent the rest of the money on getting us a room downtown, more trees, and dinner. But what let me know he was a good guy is that the next day, he mailed the lady back her purse by finding her address on her driver's license.
That was romantic af to me back then...
The best date I've ever had though was going to the Mall of America shopping all day, then having a fun dinner at a themed restaurant, followed by a movie we both wanted to see. Walking and holding hands, laughing together then making passionate love through the night.
The truth about romance for me at least is that it doesn't have to be extraordinary, just consistent. -
