They need to modernize but they could survive with elements of the original formula.
On the real I don't frequent there like that but they are a storied and respectable franchise.
I'd lean towards exclusivity at this point until they fully revamp their brand.
Review the books where we make the most $ and finesse a plan to stay afloat until we can really rebrand ourselves. So if Sunday's, Sats, Friday's is when we get the best business let's reduce those hours during the week but idk this ? maybe dead but I see plenty of mafuckahz in those in great locations which is one of those initial things you look at when starting a business.
That's probably the one thing they are losing as we move towards the future: A modernized identity.
