Hackenberg might be a bust but I'll remain optimistic but it's certainly not looking good. I say this with no exaggeration but he might be the worst quarterback in the NFL. Even 3rd stringers look functional. Hackenberg looks like he doesn't even belong out there.

if hack is bust and ends up being as bad or worse than ppl think he is. should Mike Maccagnan be fired over it?

It depends though. Like if Petty shows enough to at least be a decent starter while they develop another quarterback then maybe he survives.

I don't see how anyone watched dude in college and thought he would be even serviceable

what?! Playing Petty is jus more 7-9, 8-8. while "developing another quarterback". aint nobody got time for that. been there, done that.

might as well jus throw Hack in there. Go 1-15, 2-14. And draft Sam Darnold first overall next yr

Because Petty himself is still relatively young so if he shows anything you could put some things around him and let him develop.

if you think the jury is still out on Petty. okay? but I've seen enough of him to tell he will be nothing more than a career back up (he has heart tho). Sam is the best QB prospect since Jameis. he can be a franchise changer.

I think he'll be nothing more than a backup too but there's an off chance he pulls a Kirk Cousins or Alex Smith and becomes a serviceable/good starter after years of shaky play. Not holding my breath though.

This Falcons vs Steelers game is useless cause you cant glean anything from it. Pittsburgh is missing damn near everyone on offense.

He completed under 60% of his passes in college he always had accuracy issues and regressed every year after being a freshman. That's why everyone who watched college football laughed when yall drafted him that high lol
