I just hope Embiid has worked on how to land on the floor I was holding my breath last year after every damn rebound
Dude be moving in eight different directions all at once
im pretty sure this has to do with balance and overall conditioning. Given his stature and size you would hope he would really hone in on this during the off-season IMO its crucial to preventing injuries - especially when you talk about how it can prolong careers.

He should. Marc what? 32? 33? 4 years max at a high level
Just looking at it from strictly a timeline perspective not a lot of teams really make sense but one team I think would be interesting would be Toronto
Lowry, Ibaka are on 3 years deal, Derozan has 4 years left with a player option for year 4....Gasol has 3 years left on his contract and kind of falls in with them age wise
It would take a lot maybe even a 3rd team but something built around Valanciunas/prospect/draft picks going to Memphis could be good for both teams and help the Eastern Conference
Gasol
Ibaka
Derozan
Lowry
That's not a bad core for a 3 year window if you want to go all in

Heat signed Jordan Mickey
21 21
There's potential but his motor is severely lacking. Good shot blocker, decent mid range game and
Post moves. Low basketball IQ, weak rebounder who gets pushed around, turnover prone and shaky with defensive rotations. Mickey started off strong but never got better, I was waiting for him to take jerebko's spot but he never had that fire inside of him. It could be low risk high reward but he always seemed like he didn't care about the game enough. There's talent there unlike James young tho -

Eh he can be somebody for kelly to converse with and give okaro white Gatorade and play when we dont want any good players in as we blow the magic out in the 4th Q

Boston could end up with two top 5 picks next year. Imagine a young core that consisted of
Doncic
Tatum
Brown
Ayton/Bamba
Sheesh
