i disagree... if anythin hip-hop is movin foward by havin a rapper like jay, for example being his age n rappin.. he's not rappin to be popular wit teenagers, he's said dat lots of times... some of these rappers just arent GOOD at ALL! hip-hop is the only genre of music that has a problem with age, i dont get that smh -

I wouldn't consider Jay - Z to be on the backwards rappers i'm talking bout. from last i heard of him anyway, i don't follow his music so i can't really say. Snoop Dogg or Busta Rhymes are good examples i'd say though. -
