they're just kids, doing what kids do. folks was talking down on us the same way back in the 90's. but all of rap is taking a step back when 30 to 40 year old ? is still trying to be popular with these teenagers.

that ? neck look like some kind of disease with all them tats though.

i disagree... if anythin hip-hop is movin foward by havin a rapper like jay, for example being his age n rappin.. he's not rappin to be popular wit teenagers, he's said dat lots of times... some of these rappers just arent GOOD at ALL! hip-hop is the only genre of music that has a problem with age, i dont get that smh

yea u rite bout the bp3, he went commercial with it, but the lyrics were still there... where are the lyrics in soulja boy ? or the juiceman or ? flaka wocka flame??? there arent any!

n u gotta understand, jay is at a different state of mind i would say then when he "retired"... u want a ? to keep rappin bout the same old ? as b4? he's 40 now, u want him to sound like he 25 or somethin? i wouldnt cuz that would be fake as hell

I wouldn't consider Jay - Z to be on the backwards rappers i'm talking bout. from last i heard of him anyway, i don't follow his music so i can't really say. Snoop Dogg or Busta Rhymes are good examples i'd say though.

the thing is we are gonna see things differently... im 23 n im from ny, ur 20 n ur from the south so wat u may like n think its hot like soulja boy, I wont... Sometimes it really matters where u at cuz u might hear more music from that area than u do from others... I, for one, dont listen to the radio cuz of the ? they play... U understand wat im tryna say?
